How to Submit Work Order Request

If you observe items within the facility needing attention, service/repair, call the facility office during normal office hours from 9:30 AM to 4PM M-F, 616-459-6401 to report the issue providing details, and location within the building.

Your maintenance needs are important to us, and we will address them as we can. We must prioritize situations, and some items will take a while to accomplish and based on the situation. For some items funding approval may be required by management and the Board of Trustees. Additionally, tenants and members have access to the work order email system for submission of items.
